Fund Operations Analyst

An investment firm, focused on providing solutions towards starting investment funds, is seeking to hire a Find Operations Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirming periodically that all third parties abide by their Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Create and maintain the process manuals for the department’s tasks and main processes
  • Manage and execute daily operational oversight activities
  • Record accurately, and in accordance with the operational Policies and Procedures, compliance related matters
  • Prioritising and instructing trades to brokers. Making sure that trades are executed correctly and on time. Updating database and documenting all confirmations
  • Maintaining relationships with Investors, Investment Advisors/Managers, Banks, Brokers, and Auditors and other fund participants
  • Producing third party reports to different agencies (i.e. Morningstar, Thomas Reuters, ex)
  • Liaising with transfer agent to reconcile shadow share registry and confirming the correctness of commissions to be paid to Investment Advisors

Requirements:
  • University degree in accounting, finance or economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Fund Administration role
  • High degree of analytical ability
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent command of English, verbal and written
