A Technology division is seeking to employ a Front Office Admin.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing general administrative duties;
- Organizing meetings and events;
- Handling petty cash, taking responsibility for warranty lines and credit control assistance;
- Assisting in the HR functions
- Smart, organized and energetic candidate who enjoys working with people;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese;
- Customer care skills and good knowledge of basic technology systems;
- Minimum of one years experience in a similar role
