Fiduciary and Corporate Services Manager

A brand specializing in Corporate, Trusts and Fund Administration is currently looking for a Fiduciary and Corporate Services Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the team with client portfolio administration while also assisting the team in handling client requests.
  • Performing general trust and corporate administration duties while also assisting with compliance matters.
  • Assisting clients with regulatory changes and liaising with third parties and regulatory bodies.
  • Handling a portfolio of clients with assistance from the team.
  • Preparing and presenting reports while also attending meetings and drafting minutes.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of client data, performing client risk assessments and file reviews.
  • Performing transaction monitoring and reviews on team processes.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role specifically working on Maltese registered companies.
  • Sound working knowledge of Company Law.
  • A thorough understanding of the company secretary role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Works well in a team and individually.
