A leading independent provider of corporate, trust and fund services is seeking to recruit a Director – Corporate Admin with an exciting opportunity to lead from the front and maximise clients and stakeholders’ interests.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for achieving a high standard of client service ensuring their expectations are met
  • Assist administrators with client matters of more technical nature where necessary and act as mentor for new joiners, especially in relation to internal policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and detailed records are maintained for all client structures within the portfolio
  • Ensure timely response to client requests and that correct procedures and controls are adhered to
  • Achieve budgeted utilisation targets, control day-to-day time costs and expenses
  • Work with Senior Management to develop appropriate processes and procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a relevant degree in Law, Management or Financial related subject / ICSA qualified
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in the Global Business Sector
  • Demonstrate proven team management, team participation and leadership skills
  • Possess well-developed communication skills, business analytical skills and technical abilities necessary to meet business needs and achieve highest professional standards
  • Be well-versed with Microsoft Office tools
  • Have solid organisational and resource management skills
