Customer Relationship Officer

A licensed international banking institution is seeking to recruit a Customer Relationship Officer, who will be reporting to the Customer, Payments & Deposits Division Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling account related enquires, resolving problems while providing excellent customer service.
  • Inputting of data and maintenance of client information while ensuring maximum security.
  • Processing of payments and statements preparation.
  • Updating continuously client files including KYC and CDD information.

Requirements:

  • A minimum or 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Possess a Degree in Banking or Finance or any other relevant qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Be able to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the English Language.
