Customer Relations Officer

An international bank is seeking to recruit a Customer Relations Officer to form part of their Customer Support Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Applicants and Introducers of Business while also assisting customers with general queries.
  • General relationship management with customers and client research through various media.
  • Assist in the redaction and maintenance of processes and procedures.
  • Perform operational tasks required for the general set-up of existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or a relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Have a good knowledge of IT.
  • Be an efficient team player with a can do attitude.
