Customer Relations Officer

An international bank is seeking to recruit a Customer Relations Officer to form part of their Corporate Banking Department.

  • Collaborating with Applicants and Introducers of Business
  • Assessment of a Customer Profile against the Bank’s Customer’s Acceptance Principles
  • Coordination with Customers and Introducers of Business to collect due diligence documents
  • Customer relationship management
  • General relationship management with customers to promote the efficient use of services offered by the Bank
  • Assist in developing prospect relationships, and to enhance / grow / retain those new relationships
  • Client research through various media and with various counter parties or information outlets
  • To assist in the redaction and maintenance of processes and procedures
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or a relevant qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Hands on with can do attitude
  • Strong command of English, both oral and written
