Currently looking for a Customer Insight and Campaigns Analyst to join a technology firm based in Malta

Are you passionate about analysing data to be used for marketing campaigns? Then this might be an excellent opportunity for you! 

 
Main Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong business acumen coupled with demonstrated technical ability and know how to develop, explore, analyse and present data and solutions to a business audience 
  • Excited about finding out new ways of analysing large data sets to enhance the business knowledge that will be used for making quick decisions 
  • Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design 
  • Developing analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements 
  • Be an integral part of the Customer Insights and Campaigns team, developing insights on customer behaviour, working closely with the Digital Team, Brand Team, Customer Data Analysts, BI and IT departments 
  • Working on developing and implementing campaign segmentation logic that sends the right communication, at the right time, based on customer behaviour, actions and journey stage 
     

Skills and Experience Required 

  • Fully proficient in Excel, you have experience in the use of SQL and analytical and visualization tool 
  • Experience in creating and maintaining ad hoc, recurrent and lifecycle campaigns, using the insights gained from data to propose the implementation of new campaign ideas 
  • Analysing marketing campaign data and evaluates overall performance of channels, assets, conversions, leads and revenue impact 
  • Experience in providing feedback to enhance data availability and cleanliness in internal CRM system, to boost
