Currently looking for a Customer Insight and Campaigns Analyst to join a technology firm based in Malta

- Possess strong business acumen coupled with demonstrated technical ability and know how to develop, explore, analyse and present data and solutions to a business audience
- Excited about finding out new ways of analysing large data sets to enhance the business knowledge that will be used for making quick decisions
- Conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design
- Developing analysis and reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
- Be an integral part of the Customer Insights and Campaigns team, developing insights on customer behaviour, working closely with the Digital Team, Brand Team, Customer Data Analysts, BI and IT departments
- Working on developing and implementing campaign segmentation logic that sends the right communication, at the right time, based on customer behaviour, actions and journey stage
Skills and Experience Required
- Fully proficient in Excel, you have experience in the use of SQL and analytical and visualization tool
- Experience in creating and maintaining ad hoc, recurrent and lifecycle campaigns, using the insights gained from data to propose the implementation of new campaign ideas
- Analysing marketing campaign data and evaluates overall performance of channels, assets, conversions, leads and revenue impact
- Experience in providing feedback to enhance data availability and cleanliness in internal CRM system, to boost
