Castille Labs, a multinational team of IT specialists, is looking for developers to join their Customer-focused engineer Team who want to succeed in a Software Development Sector. We are looking for engineers who will have to ensure the delivery of quality software solutions via development, testing or support activities.

About the role

As our customer-focused support engineer, the customer relationship is your passion. You know the current struggles of our users and when there is a problem or incident, you ensure it is resolved and the customer is kept in the loop. You follow through on support issues and manage expectations while ensuring they are being handled or directed towards the right people. You are responsible for triaging issues, managing our release process, and are in a constant dialogue between our product team and end users. You work closely with the product owners and customers’ front office to make sure business needs are met, to keep our knowledge base up to date and to make sure that our products run smooth.

You will be working closely with the key account manager, solutions architect, developers, and the operations-focused developer to provide an excellent experience for our clients and end users.

You have experience with or knowledge of:

  • Supporting a microservices / queue-based system
  • Windows Server 2008-2012 as production environment
  • SQL Server and database management
  • Powershell scripts
  • Release management

Bonus points for having experience with or knowledge of:

  • Elasticsearch / Kibana
  • RavenDB
  • Jira and Bitbucket
  • Teamcity
  • Octopus Deploy
  • Docker
  • Experience with large volume data
