A leading company in the technology field is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Analyst. This person will be required to gather and interpret data on customer satisfaction, using data collecting and statistical techniques,  to answer pertinent business questions and test hypothesis and creating reports for the company management team.

  • Technical ability and know how to develop, explore, analyse and present actionable insights to a business audience
  • Analyse customer journeys and measure cross-channel journeys, to improve customer experiences
  • Present data-driven recommendations and strategies to the Head of Customer Experience
  • Develop, monitor and maintain statistical and machine learning models
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or any other relevant field
  • Experience with Data Visualisation Techniques
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
