A global expert company that understands local needs and helps companies expand and invest seamlessly across international borders are looking to employ a Corporate Administrator to join their Corporate Secretarial and Legal team.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for a portfolio of clients and will act as their primary day to day contact for all Corporate Secretarial requirement as well as be part of a team that delivers high quality services for their clients.
Support the company's clients with all matters of corporate administration.
Up keeping of corporate files, KYC and other annual Compliance matters.
Drafting corporate documents, arrange for their execution and filing, review agreements if required.
Handling, coordinating liquidations and strike offs of client companies.
Drives business development from existing clients.
Establishing and maintaining relationship with clients.
Keeping up to date on changes in the legislation, regulation and best practice.
Taking on other responsibilities as may be required by the employer.
Will share knowledge to ensure targets are met.
Fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of their business area.
Is aware of client contracts.
Able to successfully deliver short to medium team projects.
Key Knowledge and experience:
3 years + professional experience in the administrative services field, legal corporate.company field.
University Degree of Business Administration, Legal studies or relevant field would be advantageous.
Experience with KYC and AML is a plus.
Good IT skills and administrative skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and deal with complicated scenarios.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
