One of Malta's leading health entities is seeking to employ a Chief Operating Officer to run their local operation. This person will ensure the business and internal operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Reporting to the CEO, this person will be responsible for:

Overseeing operational effectiveness and productivity initiatives that systematically improve operations execution
Managing all aspects of operational efficiency projects
Setting up, planning, budgeting, and allocating resources
Developing and implementing plans to scale and encourage growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in Leadership and/or Business Management
Experience within a similar role
Clinical background will be considered a strong asset
Strong organisational and leadership skills
