A newly incorporated CSP is currently looking for a Client Administrator to join its team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Can potentially act as the Company Secretary
  • Perform all aspects of corporate administration, including the incorporation and dissolution/liquidation of companies and other structures
  • Liaise with clients, professional advisors and other third parties and intermediaries
  • Understand routine and complex transactions, prepare documents, minutes and resolutions in relation to both routine and complex transactions
  • Accurately record all time spent to facilitate invoicing and internal reporting
  • Maintain company records and ensure files are maintained correctly, including due diligence procedures
  • Follow policies and procedures and foster an environment of good corporate governance and best practice
  • Arrange and participate in client meetings
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with all clients to ensure clear communications and a successful rendering of administration services to the client
  • Review client related documentation
  • Assist with complaints resolution and escalate client queries or concerns
  • Work in a team and contribute to the achievement of the team’s Key Performance indicators
  • Ensure that fiduciary duties are carried out with due care and diligence

Required Skills:

  • As a minimum, the relevant qualification (Legal, Accounting or Commerce Diploma or Degree)
  • Good understanding of Maltese company law, company service providers and the role of a company secretary
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Regrettably nothing less will be considered.
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, able to work independently and efficiently
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency, and able to produce a high standard of work
