An independent fiduciary services group offering bespoke solutions to high net worth individuals, families, and corporate clients is currently looking for a Client Administration Manager to join their team.
- Administration and relationship management, while also being responsible for the day to day administration.
- Be the point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Adhering to policies and procedures while also ensuring service standards.
- Maintaining an exceptional level of service at all times with all clients with an emphasis on adding value.
- Support and develop existing client relationships.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and verbally.
- A good understanding of trust and corporate services and Maltese corporate requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills.
- A good understanding of banking procedures and practices.
