Client Administration Manager

An independent fiduciary services group offering bespoke solutions to high net worth individuals, families, and corporate clients is currently looking for a Client Administration Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and relationship management, while also being responsible for the day to day administration.
  • Be the point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures while also ensuring service standards.
  • Maintaining an exceptional level of service at all times with all clients with an emphasis on adding value.
  • Support and develop existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and verbally.
  • A good understanding of trust and corporate services and Maltese corporate requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills.
  • A good understanding of banking procedures and practices.
