- Assisting in claims monitoring of the Insurance portfolio.
- Supporting in the end to end process when it comes to service providers' audits.
- Assisting in handling complaints and its reporting.
- Assisting in the approval of claims and conducting reviews of claims files.
- Participating in Regulatory Reporting.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
- An academic qualification in Insurance would be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in the English language both verbally and written.
- Work well as a team and individually.
- Good attention to detail and self motivated.
