Seeking an accomplished and sharp minded Chief Digital Officer to join one of our clients in financial services. You will be working closely with CEO and other members of Senior leadership team.
- You will be Integrating digital in to all aspects of the business
- Promoting the concept of customer journeys
- Communicating the importance of the customer for the organisation
- Finding ways to inject speed into processes through the usage of rapid digitization
- Getting a product/process to market quickly
- Be keenly aware of trends on innovative technologies and new business enablers
- Building networks of people, technologies and ideas far outside of the firm
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital products
- Solid academic background
- Strong technological knowledge, covering API [Application Programming Interface] architecture, next-gen computing, advanced analytics
- Good understanding of he needs of the customers, other stakeholders and employees;
- Experience in use of analysis tools, eg data mining, to generate customer insights
- Ability to translate innovation and customer needs into Digital strategies and successfully implement and optimise them
- Ability to anticipate changing client needs, including the expectations of partners.
- Successfully worked in complex business areas
- Experience in financial services
- Well networked in the Digital community
- Experience in developing state of the art Digital tools for multiplatform implementation
- Strong communication skills in dealing with customers, other stakeholders and team
