Castille Labs is looking for a Change Executive Consultant to join our team to work for one of our clients, a leader in the banking sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand change as well as identify the impacts of the change on all relevant stakeholders;
  • Draft and execute the change management plan to ensure smooth implementation and sustainable adoption of the change;
  • Advise and support teams prior and during implementation phase to ensure adoption of product and process changes;
  • Co-create and organize training sessions to guide the impacted stakeholders about the right skills and knowledge with the aim of ensuring that the impacted team is ready to handle change;
  • Be the point of contact between the development team and the end-users
  • Collect or escalate feedback/issues during and after launches;
  • Trouble shoot issues and provide support to end-users on the systems and/or processes being implemented;
  • Gather feedback from users and report summarized highlights to the development team for improvement;
  • Share progress, KPIs and success stories following each product roll-out to concerned stakeholders;
  • Track and analyse available stats in view of implementing initiatives to ensure that objectives of journeys are met;

Requirements and Skills:

  • Possess a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other related subject.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in business lines or in banking operations.
  • Good knowledge of banking products, services and operations;
  • Good Presentation skills and ability to convey complex concepts in a simplified manner;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and analytical skills;
  • Ability to handle disruptions;
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts/processes outside his/her expertise competencies.
