The Business Requirements Analyst will be responsible for collecting, managing, and documenting of business requirements. Main tasks will include workshops with customers, analysing customer requirements, and presenting the requirements to the team. The moment a project’s life cycle starts, the Business Requirements Analysts steps in.
Understand, record, assess, and define client’s business requirements
Document and review all business processes, and Gap Analysis
Actively organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and knowledge transfer with clients and team members
Coordinate with the Project Manager to assist the development teams
Performs business analysis and elicit requirements for projects requested by the business, liaising with all business stakeholders including the Project Manager, other IT and/or technology teams
Gain requirements sign-off from the key stakeholders by making sure all of them are on the same level of understanding against the requirements and then get written approval from them on the requirements to be developed.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors or master’s degree in ICT or a related functional sector such as Finance, Management Information Systems, etc.
Has a proven track record and experience in business consulting
Ability to organise, prioritise and respond to multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work with interruptions, when problems arise that need immediate attention
Ability to plan, organize and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner
Ability to communicate professionally, both orally and written
Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
