Business Operations Manager (Insurance)

International company offering a market leading solution to permit challenge risks in the renewable energy sector is seeking to employ a Business Operations Manager for its Malta Office.

Job duties include:

• Take responsibility and initiative in the smooth running of all business operations in line with the business strategy and business objectives

• Provide effective team and project management duties, including overseeing project completion timelines, monitoring project costs, and ensuring client needs are met

• Support best practices to provide highest client satisfaction

• Liaise with outsource partners to facilitate business operations

• Coordination of, and support to, compliance controls and audits

• Identify patterns and problem areas and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency

• Report regularly to Board with completed on-budget and on-time projects and project outcomes

Skills and qualifications required:

• 5 Years Relevant Management and Industry Experience (insurance industry and/or risk underwriting)

• Exceptional Management Skills

• Strong Organisational Skills

• Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication

• Project Development

• Drives decision quality and accountability; holds people accountable for results

This position can be offered on both full time/reduced hours/part time basis as per candidate preference, including a mix of home office and office work.
