Well established international group of companies is seeking to employ a Business Development Manager for its corporate services division. The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, or any other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must develop a relationship with new clients and provide continuous support.

Job duties include:

  • Present the firm to potential clients through a variety of communication channels: meetings, calls etc.
  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the firm to an agreed annual target, increasing annually
  • Identify and generate sales leads
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients. Responsible for her/his own lead generation and appointment setting
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials/writing content/providing management with feedback
  • Actively and successfully manage the sales cycle process
  • Attending and contributing to weekly sales meetings and presenting the current sales process
  • Create and be accountable for all business proposals and any following documentation, in line with firm’s procedures

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Sales experience (irrelevant of industry)
  • Company formation, accounting and legal experience is a big advantage but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal English language capabilities
  • Be a fast learner
  • Be driven
  • Ability to use your initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Well presented and persuasive
  • Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
