Job Purpose:

Liaising with the Business Marketing Manager to run advanced Customer Value Management campaigns.

Key Accountabilities / Key Activities:

  • Management of CVM for the Business Unit segments

  • Contributing to the constant review of the CVM structure and deliverables including direct liaison with the Business Intelligence team

  • Develop reporting and processes for customer life cycle intelligence

  • Liaison with sales & retention managers and their account managers to indirectly drive and influence teams to deliver on objectives

  • KPI management and reporting  

  • Review, implement and update relevant business controls for the Business Unit

  • Identify market gaps and product opportunities through data analysis

  • Adoption of Group product initiatives and identification of local suitability

  • Drive development of accounts to achieve highest possible average revenue per account

Core Competences, knowledge and experience: 

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

  • Excellent communicator

  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset

  • Energetic, inquisitive and proactive team member willing to learn and challenge themselves

  • Above average computer literacy skills – MS Excel, Word and Power Point; Knowledge of SQL will be considered an asset

  • Be a team player, have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Trustworthy and having an eye for detail

  • Able to multitask and manage own priorities
