A well established international pensions and investments firm is seeking to employ an Assistant Manager to assist in daily business operations.

Job duties include:

  • Team management duties
  • Administration support in more complex areas of the day-to-day administration
  • Monitor productivity oversight and take responsibility over individual performance appraisals
  • Action issues arising from non-standard queries
  • Train team members, and focus on developing their technical knowledge
  • Lead a wide range of projects

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Have previous experience in pension administration, and 5+ years in financial services
  • Sound knowledge of the UK Pension framework
  • Hold a degree level qualification or be in process of attaining one
  • Have team leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
