A leading insurance broker firm is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join it's Commercial Claims Department
- Maintain and review claim files, and ensuring that all documentation needed has been forwarded while also complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the handling of claims as authorized by management while also delivering excellent claims service.
- Building relationships and work closely with both companies, clients and staff and providing guidance to the team.
- Handling complaints in a timely manner while liaising with the compliance team and management to ensure all information has been forwarded.
- Managing the whole payment process for claims by liaising with various parties involved.
- Always being in communication with management and Undergo any administrative tasks deemed necessary by superiors.
- Previous experience in Insurance and a leading position.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Possess an awareness for the Insurance market developments.
- Be a good listener, communicative and a team player.
- Be willingness to continue training to maximize knowledge.
