A well-established international company is currently seeking to recruit an assistant client officer who will be responsible for a range of client administration activities.  

Job Description 

  • Assist the management
  • Assist Administrators with client queries
  • Assist in the training of/work with less experienced colleagues
  • Develop a knowledge of the billing process and assisting administrator on fee quotes as required 
  • Support administrators with general administration of their portfolio including photocopying, scanning and filing 
  • Ensure database is maintained and updated accordingly 
  • Collate supporting documentation and the preparation of financial statements on an annual basis 
  • Prepare payments 
  • Assist with client transactions 

Job Requirements 

  •  A good academic record with at least a grade 5-9 (A-C) or above at GCSE level in English and Mathematics 
  • Good organisation and time management skills  
  • Attention to detail
