A well-established Maltese entity is currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their team.
- Management of petty cash and analysis of fuel, stationery and mobile usage.
- Keeping record in the accounting system of items, facilitating payment to suppliers and filing of invoices when said payments are processed.
- Carrying out reconciliations of a monthly basis.
- Participating in projects and attending training session as needed.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met and any other duties deemed necessary by management.
- Diploma level of education in Accounting or partly qualified in ACCA.
- Experience in a similar position shall be considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
- Knowledge on the public procurement regulations shall be considered an asset.
