A well-established Maltese entity is currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of petty cash and analysis of fuel, stationery and mobile usage.
  • Keeping record in the accounting system of items, facilitating payment to suppliers and filing of invoices when said payments are processed.
  • Carrying out reconciliations of a monthly basis.
  • Participating in projects and attending training session as needed.
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met and any other duties deemed necessary by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma level of education in Accounting or partly qualified in ACCA.
  • Experience in a similar position shall be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
  • Knowledge on the public procurement regulations shall be considered an asset.
