A successful Insurance company is looking to employ an Administrative Support.
- Working to reach department goals on Personal Lines Business, predominantly consisting of Motor, Marine Hull, Home and Individual Health risks;
- Technical analysis of commercial and personal line Proposals from direct clients;
- Issuing of policy documentation and related data inputting/invoicing in the Company's systems;
- Supporting and servicing of Direct existing business
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years working in an insurance technical environment;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools / Applications;
- Negotiation skills;
- Preference will be given to applicants who attained a CII qualification (minimum Dip CII) or who are in an advanced progress towards achieving such qualifications
- Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Maltese (Spanish at any level would be considered an asset)
