Administrative Assistant (TEMP)

A well established company is currently seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant on temporary basis to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Updating client due diligence on file to encompass onboarding requirements
  • Assistance in a project relating to client files as instructed by management
  • Any additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements 

  • Candidates in possession of a Degree will be given preference.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
  • Hands on with can do attitude.
  • Work well individually as well as part of a team
