Administrative Assistant

A leading local bank is seeking recruit an administrative assistant to join their team for a definite period of 2 years

Responsibilities:
  • Working side by side with Project Managers and ensuring smooth running of the daily operations
  • Carry out administrative duties assigned
  • Liaising and working with other team members
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Possess good co-ordination skills
  • 2 years experience in a leading position is preferred
  • A Degree is preferred
