A professional services firm is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis. This is a dynamic role that requires an energetic individual who is motivated by a challenging working environment.
- Extensive diary and meeting management
- Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries appropriately
- Handling payments if necessary
- Issuing invoices and statements
- Following up debtors to ensure payments are affected with a reasonable time-frame
- Ad hoc secretarial and administrative duties
Qualifications and Experience:
- 'A' Level standard of education
- Good knowledge of office software applications
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Highly organised
- High sense of customer service
