An established international bank having offices in Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Administration Officer to join their Back Office team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing of customer's accounts in the database
  • Updating customer's records
  • Ensuring all client files are sorted and maintained accordingly
  • Data inputting

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 4 certification in business subjects
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and holds ECDL certificate
  • Prior experience in financial institution will be considered an asset
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English. Other languages will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills,diligent and ability to work under pressure.
