Accounts Payable Clerk

A Fast-moving consumer goods company is currently looking for an accounts payable clerk who shall be responsible for various accounting duties.  

Job Description 

• Posting and matching of supplier invoices  
• Maintaining supplier accounts up to date 
• Reconciliations  
• Follow up on accrued purchases  
• Payment processing and postings. 
• Cost Analysis  
• Support cost variance analysis 
• Support the payroll department  
• Take ownership of one Overheads controlling area 

Job Requirements 

• A level in accounts (or equivalent)  
• Previous experience in an Accounting Department would be advantageous but not imperative.
