A local insurance company is currently seeking to recruit an accounts assistant who shall be joining the finance team on a full-time basis.
- Posting of all transactions
- Prepare Bank payments
- Perform reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of TAX and VAT return
- Other general accounting as may be required
- Possess an accountancy degree or is in the process of attaining such a qualification
- Knowledge of insurance will be considered an asset
- Experience with SunSystem is considered an asset
- Previous experience in a similar role
