Retention of productive employees is a major concern facing business executives and HR professionals. When employee turnover is unwanted, it may lead to a dip in company performance and one can understand that it is more efficient to retain employees rather than go through the recruitment process again.

But what does it take to keep the employees you want to keep and develop so you can grow your business? One needs to assume an investigative eye to understand the Company and its People.

Placing plaster to a deep cut will not lead to recovery. The issue is broader and needs attention on a strategic level.

During this training, we will tap into a few areas that help us to pull out and take an objective view and tackle this vital issue with a new pair of eyes. We will explore:

· Why people leave a company

· Why it needs to start with recruitment!

· The People Plan and the Selection Process

· Engagement – Knowing your people and their motivations

· Setting a clear vision for employees
