Retention of productive employees is a major concern facing business executives and HR professionals. Christine Copperstone is an experienced HR practitioner with 25 years’ experience spanning various industries including pharmaceutical, hospitality, manufacturing and retail. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, a teacher’s warrant and is a certified trainer.
Christine has worked with organisations both as a freelancer and also as part of senior management teams. She has extensive experience in developing and leading the HR function in large corporate international companies as Head HR.
