Onboarding New Talent
8.30am until 11.45am
Online Course (Live Session)
The reasons behind engaging new talent is to create, enhance and grow your business and the Onboarding Process for new employees is the catalyst to start this off on the right track. Onboarding new employees is a vital step in the Talent Management process. In every other aspect of life we see that preparation increases success. Dancers are trained before a performance, expectant parents attend childbirth classes and new college students attend orientation days before starting college.
Successful companies have understood this and have applied this concept to starting a new job as well and they grab this opportunity to prepare the employee to be successful. The aim is to align new employees with the company in terms of Culture, Attitudes, Knowledge and Skill Sets. Each company is different and can come up with a different programme than any other. During this short training we will have a look at what other companies have done and together with input of information and discussion you will be able to plan your own process.
