About the Speaker - Christina Athanasiou
A sales veteran with 20 years of television and lifestyle publishing experience. She owns a MA in Marketing from Glamorgan university, South Wales. Before coming to Malta (on September 2018), Christina supervised Facebook’s SME business teams' activities across 6 European countries. She started as a Facebook Marketing Expert for the Facebook SMB(Small and medium Businesses) Program in Lisbon, (July 2016) opening the Greek market, for the first time. In 9 months, she was promoted to a Supervisor for Holland, Belgium, Greece, Norway and Finland teams.
In Malta she was employed as the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager for the Times of Malta and as the Social Media Manager for Sigma’s World iGaming Village.
