HR Audits enable the organisation to examine its’ HR processes and policies, and ascertain whether such practices are adequate or whether they may be improved to better sustain organisational performance. In this course, participants will learn the basics of conducting HR Audits and how to draw up their own HR Audit plan as well as learn how to conduct such an Audit, thus helping their organisation be more effective in its’ management of human resources.
