​Course Description:

Employee engagement drives performance. Employees who are committed to the organisation’s goals, objectives and values and who are passionate about their work contribute towards business success. Engagement can be poor or great and an employer is often responsible to ensure that this is great. During this session we will understand what employee engagement really is and discover ways to assess engagement levels and strategies for improvement

Aims and Objectives:

  • The participant will understand what employee engagement is and how this is linked to motivation

  • The participant will learn to assess engagement levels company-wide

  • The participant will learn different strategies to improve engagement levels

About the Speaker

The trainer is an experienced HR practitioner with 25 years’ experience spanning various industries including pharmaceutical, hospitality, manufacturing and retail. She holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology, a teacher’s warrant and is a certified trainer. Christine Copperstone has worked with organisations both as a freelancer and also as part of senior management teams. She has extensive experience in developing and leading the HR function in large corporate international companies as Head HR.
