- Prioritize Search Engine Optimization when generating content, making sure that it is aligned to keyword specifications
- Work closely with Recruitment department, identifying marketing weaknesses and articulating strategies to improve and increase number of applicants
- Promote the company’s brand through social media, being able to create content as needed
- Proof reading content before publishing
- Give assistance regarding marketing campaigns, promotions and research projects
- Produce content and blogs for several company’s website, including: market related news, company’s development, product information, economic and finance events, job opportunities, in-house magazine, among others
- Experience within content writing in the financial services field.
- Excellent communication skills and a very strong command of English
- Be passionate about content writing and marketing. Creative mindset and pro-activity.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, participate in more than one project at a time. Able to work in a team and also with autonomy
