The FHRD has been offering people management and other services through its robust corporate network in Malta since its establishment in 1990. An independent organisation with an explicit focus on the HR profession, FHRD has consistently connected professionals through various events over the years. This year is no different, as on the 12th November the FHRD are hosting a virtual webinar for its HR 2020 Realigned conference to discuss the HR profession in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Organised from their own platform, HR professionals and corporate members alike are invited to join the online event alongside Castille’s own team members. As a sponsor for the event, Castillians are looking forward to joining panel experts for an open dialogue surrounding current workplace affairs, including topics on remote working, the Maltese context, economic challenges, and further long-term recommendations.
As we all steadily look toward a brighter workplace future for jobs in Malta, it is perhaps more than ever important to collaborate with one another in order to hold discussions such as in the above topics. Maintaining dialogue between peers and organisations allows for ideas to be put forward and implement these in order to construct sustainable organisational developments. Our Castillians look forward in forming part of these fundamental conversations and play a role in supporting a sustainable workplace environment.
