Castille Resources is a leading IT and Financial recruitment specialist firm placing professionals across a number of sectors. Our clients range from small specialist local companies through to large international organisations who have chosen to locate in Malta. Although many of our clients are by default IT and Financial organisations we also service many other sectors which employ our disciplines.
Since opening in 2006 Castille Resources has developed an extensive client portfolio and we are currently entrusted to look after the recruitment requirements of many of the sectors' keys players, such as Microsoft Corp and MITA (Government of Malta IT Agency). Although operating primarily in Malta, we also have an increasing number of European clients to add to our growing portfolio.

Castille staffing is the leasing arm of our business and offers long term contract recruitment and shorter project based employment. The Castille brand is owned and operated exclusively by our Castille companies and both these entities are fully owned by San Anton Holdings Limited, a privately held holding company.
