| Financial Controller required to take up full time residency in Tripoli, Libya to manage all the financial aspects involved in developing a major luxury property.
Responsibilities will include:
- Installing IT systems necessary to track and process expenditure
- Maintaining Cost Efficiency
- Preparation of all financial reports, both statutory as well as internal management accounts.
- Liaising with General Manager, Shareholders and Banks
The ideal individual will be a proactive and dynamic worker who is able to work on his / her own initiative, and use his / her experience to push the development forward.
Candidates must be qualified accountants and should have previous experience in the financial controlling of a construction project.
